This DIY Garden Love Seat is actually quite easy to build and whats best about it is these babies will last you a long time as long as you use good quality wood and your take good care of it with staining.
Here are the Materials and Tools Used:
Wood glue, Wood filler
Drill / Driver plus assorted bits
Jigsaw and clean-cut blade
Orbital sander plus 60-, 120- and 240-grit sanding pads
Rags, Paintbrush, Tape measure and pencil
1 of 900 x 900mm 16mm marine plywood
7 of 20 x 94mm PAR pine – cut to 1040mm length
12 of 20 x 69mm PAR pine
3 cut to 1000mm length
9 cut to 1040mm length
5 x 50mm cut screws
1. Start off by cutting the sides and centre supports from plywood sheet (or any other hardwood you picked)
2. Move on to the center section.
3. From here it is all about securing the supports and the planks that make up the seat to get the shape of the love seat.
